What We Provide

Flexible, Mostly Remote Work: This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person availability needed. We respect that good work can happen outside of a traditional office setting.

Flexible Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed. We’ll work with you to find a rhythm that fits.

Team Discount: As part of our team, you’ll have access to discounted bodywork — because we believe in the work we do, and we want our people to experience it firsthand.

A Collaborative, Low-Ego Environment: We’re a small practice, which means your contributions matter and your input has direct impact on the care we provide. No bureaucracy, no corporate BS.

W2 or 1099: This position may be structured as either an employee or independent contractor role depending on the specifics.

Client Communications: Assist with scheduling, responding to inquiries, and ensuring clients feel supported from first contact onward.

Operations: Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manage supplies, and keep things organized behind the scenes.

Administrative & HR Support: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and staff resources.

Data & Records: Maintain accurate client records, CRM databases, and assist with medical records tasks like generating superbills.

Graphic Design: Basic design work using templates for marketing and internal materials.
