What We Provide

Massage Therapist Owned: This practice is completely owned and managed by a fellow massage therapist. No more slaving away for a corporate or absentee owner who doesn’t understand the demands of our profession. We will never ask you to do anything we haven’t already done.

Training & Mentorship: Learn how to assess and treat common pain issues and provide consistent results. This is not a “rub where it hurts” approach. Clients will naturally want to work with you!

Electric Lift Massage Tables: Take care of your body with electric tables that assist you in maintaining proper body mechanics, regardless of your client’s body type or the previous therapist’s table height.

‍Team Discount: Self care is extremely important for therapists to maintain their own performance and well-being. Regular bodywork is yet another way we look out for your longevity and help keep your body happy and healthy.

Modern Treatment Rooms: Our treatment rooms are newly remodeled and include independent thermostats and overhead dimmers. Set your room at the perfect temperature and adjust mid-session if necessary.

Generous Time Between Massages: This is not a “massage mill”. We’re in this for the long-haul and want you to stay healthy and focused. This includes having ample time between clients to take care of yourself.

Employee Status: Keep more of your earnings! Contract positions place the tax burden solely on the therapist, leaving you with less money over time. (We estimate that our therapists earn about 10% more than contract therapists after taxes.)

Bonuses & Reimbursements: Compensation is more than just a single number. Receive periodic bonuses and reimbursements for professional expenses like continuing education, liability insurance, and licensing fees.

Retirement Plan: If you haven’t noticed yet, we play the long game! Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that you receive additional contributions to a company-funded retirement account.
